Flat rate postage options available Australia-wide!

Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post either by regular or express post and a flat rate applies.    

  • Regular post at a flat rate of  $7.50 –  allow 3-7 working days for delivery
     
  • Express post at a flat rate of $10.50 –  allow 1-3 days depending upon location
     
  • Registered post - please contact us via email prior to purchase for pricing

 

Please note due to some locations in Australia additional postal charges may apply. This is also the case for some orders of a large size. In the event this occurs we will make contact asap to discuss additional charges and options.

International

All International order are shipped via Australian Air Mail. Please note some countries may apply taxes and duties on parcels. The parcel recipient is responsible for these such additional charges. As Billy Lids takes no responsibility for goods damaged of lost in transit, please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like to use the option of registered international shipping. Please list your desired order as well as listing your countries destination and we will respond with a quote asap.

  • New Zealand – Flat Postage Rate of $16. Allow 3-5 working days.
     
  • Asia Pacific - Flat Postage Rate of $20. Allow 3-7 working days.
     
  • USA / Canada / Middle East – Flat Postage Rate of $24. Allow 5-7 working days.
     
  • UK / Europe & Rest of the World – Flat Postage Rate of $30. Allow 5-8 working days.

 

For International orders that are large, bulky or weighing over 1.5kg an additional shipping cost may be incurred. In the event this occurs we will contact you prior to shipping with a revised quote. Please note rates quoted are in AUS dollars. In addition delivery times are an estimate only and can take up to 10 days depending upon your location.

 

All orders are packed with the utmost care to arrive at their destination in good order and condition.  Billy Lids takes no responsibility for goods damaged in transit.

Oversized or heavy items may incur additional charges.  Billy Lids will advise you accordingly prior to despatch of your order
