About these Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Billy Lids Baby Boutique - ABN: 31 059 436 457 of PO Box 43, Epping, NSW Australia 1710 and "you" and "your" means you the customer.

These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email prior to the event.

Placing Your Order

You may place your order by filling in the order form on this website.

When you place your order, we will issue you with an order number. We will do this by email.

By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.

We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered.

If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.

Billy Lids Baby Boutique reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Payment Methods and Processing

Billy Lids Baby Boutique accepts Visa, MasterCard.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding New South Wales public holidays.

For credit card we will email a tax invoice to you with your order confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.

GST

Billy Lids Baby Boutique is required to be registered for GST in Australia therefore all prices include GST. If you are ordering from outside of Australia, orders are GST free.

Prices

Billy Lids Baby Boutique reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at the Billy Lids website at any time.
 

Refund Policy

Returns:

We accept items for return within fourteen days of purchase.  Products must be received by us unused and undamaged and where applicable still in original packaging.   Billy Lids will happily refund the purchase price or you may wish to choose another item.  Postage costs are not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.  Please return item and receipt to Billy Lids, PO Box 43, Epping, NSW 1710.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges within fourteen days of purchase.  Items must be unused and undamaged and where applicable still in original packaging.  Please email your exchange request to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and include details of return item, invoice number, customer details and request regarding exchange item.  If the new item is of a higher value than the return item the balance is payable by the purchaser.  Exchanges will not be acted upon until the return of the original item in good order.  Postage will be charged on the replacement order.  Please return item and receipt to Billy Lids, PO Box 43, Epping, NSW 1710.

Sale Items:

Billy Lids do not accept returns or replacements on sales goods unless deemed faulty.

Faulty Goods.

We take all care to send products only in good order and good condition.  If you consider your item to be faulty please contact Billy Lids at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Upon return of the item and if deemed faulty Billy Lids will be happy to replace the item with no additional postage charges or organise a refund.   Please return item and receipt to Billy Lids, PO Box 43, Epping, 1710.

Delivery Charges

 Billy Lids Baby Boutique offers flat postage options that are available Australia wide.

Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post either by regular or express post and a flat rate applies.    

• Regular post at a flat rate of  $6.50 –  allow 3-7 working days for delivery
   
• Express post at a flat rate of $9.50 –  allow 1-3 days depending upon location
   
• Registered post - please contact us via email prior to purchase for pricing.

 International

Delivery Times

All orders on this website are processed within 24 hours. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post (regular postage) unless international.

If you request Australia Post Express we recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00 pm. If no-one is present to accept delivery, the satchel will be left at the door.
PLEASE NOTE.

If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

Products Damaged in Transit

Australia Post Express satchels are NOT insurable. It is however, a much quicker service in general. Damage, loss or theft incurred as a result of using this delivery option is at the purchasers risk.

If you REQUIRE a fully insured postal service such as Australia Post Registered that must be signed for, rather than being left at your door, it is your responsibility to request this at the time of ordering. Australia Post Registered automatically includes $100 insurance. Additional fees are payable for full insurance and person-to-person delivery options.

Information on this website is provided 'as is' and we disclaim all representations, warranties and conditions, express or implied of any kind, including to the extent permitted by law, as to satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose.

Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.

No Billy Lids Baby Boutique employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

All International order are shipped via Australian Air Mail. Please note some countries may apply taxes and duties on parcels. The parcel recipient is responsible for these such additional charges. As Billy Lids takes no responsibility for goods damaged of lost in transit, please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like to use the option of registered international shipping. Please list your desired order as well as listing your countries destination and we will respond with a quote asap.
